• Sand Casting – Sand is used as the mold material in bronze sand casting, sometimes referred to as sand molded casting, a cost-effective metal casting type. Sand casting processes are used to create shaped pieces for products of almost any design, including extensive parts and those having interior channels.
• Centrifugal Casting – Our products employ three types of centrifugal casting: actual, semi-centrifugal casting, and centrifuging. Because they create components with exceptional material soundness due to very high centrifugal forces, they are employed in high-reliability applications such as jet engine compressor cases, hydro wear round bars, and other military products.
• Extruded Process – Extrusion is a method in which desired forms are produced by forcing a metal or other material through several dies. This process is extensively used in pipes and steel rods manufacturound bar. The force used to extrude the work piece is compressive in nature.
• Forging – Forging is one of the earliest methods of working with metal. One of the most common processes is a type of hot forging known as impression die forging (also known as closed die forging), which is the process utilized by Rex Forge. It produces parts and components that are stronger than cast or machined equivalents.
